Our Returns Policy Is Simple

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund:

• any lamp in its original condition, or any lamp we recommended and didn't fit the specified equipment along with original packaging and accessories

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Heraeus-Amba.

Returns Are Easy

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
