The smart source for quality laser power
Heraeus Noblelight Ltd is a pioneer of laser lamp manufacturing and electrode technology and invests constantly in R&D to push the limits of lamp performance. The result is tangible with improvements in the areas of electrode and quartz durability which give customers longer lamp life-times and higher stability.
The world-leading, Heraeus automated manufacturing line at Cambridge, UK keeps the focus on reproducible lamp quality and increased production capacity resulting in shorter delivery times.
We provide close, personal service to laser system manufacturers and users and the Heraeus team of engineers and customer services experts will assist you from consultancy and design through to on-time delivery. And, of course, each lamp that leaves the factory is quality tested for extended life-time and performance.
CW (continous wave) lamps are gas discharge lamps that are mainly used in marking lasers and lasers for welding and cutting. Heraeus Noblelight CW lamps are widely recognised as the market leader with a new cathode technology further improving the lamp performance. From 1kW to 20kW Heraeus CW laser lamps can be made to customer specifications or supplied as standard replacement lamps.
Pulse lamps are used in many applications including the optical pumping of lasers. The high optical power per pulse require the best materials and designs to achieve long lifetimes. Heraeus manufactures customised pulse lamps from 30W to 20kW as well as standard replacement lamps.
For cosmetic applications like hair removal and skin rejuvenation, specially designed pulse lamps are available.
