THE INFRARED EMITTER PROGRAMME from Heraeus
Conventional IR emitters are available in both short and medium wave. The standard IR emitter programme can be supplied in several configurations with the option of a white or gold reflector. The original Heraeus gold reflector ensures that the emitters operate at a significantly higher intensity than conventional lamps.

Twin tube emitters offer lengths of up to 600cm with power densities of 50kW/m2. Medium wave tubes maintain effectiveness for over 10,000 hours and all lamps are supplied with an integral gold reflector.

The new MagicHeat Carbon IR emitters offer ultimate drying efficiency with energy savings of up to 50% resulting in less thermal stress on paper and equipment plus push-button heat for on/off processes. Carbon technology tubes are available in round tube, twin tube and high power (up to 190kW/m2) configurations.
