Heraeus Low Pressure lamps offer excellent efficiency and are available in straight, U-shaped, single or double-ended configurations. Type L quartz does not allow the production of Ozone and type VH quartz is Ozone-producing allowing TOC reduction in water, eg. swimming pools. The quartz material and electrode design define the superior quality and operating performance of all Heraeus lamps and all models can be operated with standard chokes or electronic power supplies.
UV Immersion lamps

Heraeus Amalgam lamps can achieve 3-times the UV output of standard LP lamps and can be used at higher ambient temperatures. The Heraeus Gold Spot Amalgam lamp is widely recognised as the leading product in the market due to its high efficiency, long operating life and low operating costs.

Heraeus Medium Pressure lamps offer broad-band UV emission and very high power densities resulting in high penetration depth and efficient disinfection allowing small footprint treatment system design. High UV intensity is also particularly suitable for photochemical processes and the oxidation of organic compounds.
